I've been a long standing customer for 3 years now. Every time I call they work around my schedule and are easy, fast, and reliable. Plus if there's ever any confusion I always talk to the owner Cary and he explains everything in detail. I had them replace a water heater. The new one was defective. When Icon returned to fix the problem, the guy couldn't figure out the problem so they continued to sent out at least 4 different employes which none of them could fix it. When I called, the co. they couldn’t tell me what was going on. I had to wait 5 weeks for them to realize they needed to send it back. In the mean time I had to go without hot water. Their employes are not trained. Icon could not give me a straight answer of what was wrong and when it would be fixed or replaced. The co. just kept sending employes out that knew nothing. Save yourself a huge headache, don't hire them!","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-23-11"}]}
