> My husband and I have recently joint In Shape and are extremely grateful for the Excellent Advise,Training Session and High Profesionalism we received from Diego Hernandez at the California Location in Bakersfield.He took the time to explain how to develop a realistic and successful fitness plan with specific goals for both of us, individually!!His Great Personality, Knowledge and Motivation is what helped us finally realized how important it is to excersice properly and make good nutrition changes part of our daily lives!! > Blown away by how knowledgeable the training staff is at this gym. Walked in with no intention of working with a trainer, but after seeing what they had to offer I am so happy I made the decision to try it out. It brought out motivation that I had been lacking in order to move one step closer to achieving my goals. I was also educated on fitness and nutrition. Very impressed.

> Horrible Customer Service!! Beyond Unacceptable! !!The managers either don't know what they're doing or are lying to get you to pay for additional months. If you join, be aware that cancelation will be a looong, drawn out, and painful experience. Each interaction will just get more and more frustrating! I do not recommend it, for the fees you'll pay ..you'll deserve WAY better service than they are willing to provide

> I love this club. The staff is great and the club is beautiful. My kids love the huge kids club which makes it easier for me to get in a good workout. I really love the spinning class - it is a really fun way to lose weight.
