> I think this centre is the most successful centre compared to other weight loss alternatives.  Here you can purchase your food and not have to worry about adding points up.  The weekly consultations are helpful and so far I lost 8 pounds in 1 whole week.  I started last week and although their average weight loss is from 1-2 lbs per week, I managed to follow the program and lose more than expected.  I would like to recommend this centre to anyone who are tired of being overweight.  JENNY POWER!
