> Long John Silver's is a fast-food chain that serves seafood such as fish, shrimp, and hush-puppies; as well as more common items such as chicken, fries, drinks, etc.  This location here at Ming has a one way drive-thru and one dining room.The architecture of this fast-food joint is probably one of the worst ones I have ever seen.  It's so obvious that the building has not changed for years; the signs are vintage and the benches are small wooden tables meant for children.  While small tables such as these were common 30 years ago, they are unacceptable nowadays.  They make it a challenge for handicap people with walkers or wheelchairs.Customer service here is a constant issue.  You have to wait at least 2 minutes before you can place your order; and if that wasn't enough, the employees are unconcerned about dealing with the public.In addition to the lack of service, I'll be honest and tell you all that they don't make their food right either.  The fish and fries that I ordered on my 1st visit came cold, and the hush-puppie cornbread was stale.  I also took another visit and tried out their chicken platter, and it was as cold as my fish platter was.  Their fountain drinks were watered down, which really stinks because I love going in a place for a good soda.  Because their soda fails, I'm not surprised that everything else fails.Cleanliness is just horrible, and you can see it while sitting at a table.  There are stains and grime all over the place, and their floor is just a bleh at best.In conclusion, this is among the worst fast-food joints in the city of Bakersfield.  I would not recommend this place to a sailor.My rating:   1 banana split out of 10.   (HORRIBLE)
