> We replaced half our windows in February, in July we order the other half...it is now October we are still short 1 window...4xs we ordered this 1 last window...wrong style, wrong size, cracked frame, I was told they were ordering it a rush on 9-26..today 10/6..I checked on the status oh he ordered it yesterday...????? Do I trust this info..not really...but I'll check back Monday. Getting frustrated....trying to remain positive and calm.
