Mercy downtown is also. I believe Mercy S.W.took the extra time to find out exactly what was wrong with my leg. Probably saved my leg. The staff all were great ,Olga was the person I saw the most. All were very attentive and concerned about everyone there in E.R. room I was in. They never come across as if you are a burnden to the staff.
