> Mercy Southwest is a very nice place to go. Mercy downtown is also. I believe Mercy S.W.took the extra time to find out exactly what was wrong with my leg. Probably saved my leg. The staff all were great ,Olga was the person I saw the most. All were very attentive and concerned about everyone there in E.R. room I was in. Great I would go back and recommend them.!!!!

> The staff has great empathy for their patients and the patient's family.  They never come across as if you are a burnden to the staff.  Always are well staff with caring professionals, from the wonderful people in registration, the nursing staff, and the always ready to respond medical translators.I will always from now on due to the past three experiences there make any of my doctors to attend to my family and me at Mercy South West.
