> I called this company and picked an agent, Teresa Perez, at random because I found a house that I wanted to ask about. She answered the phone, not even identifying herself, so I asked specifically for her and she rudely said, "Who is this?"  Even if I had told her my name, she would not have known me, so I said, "Um, I'm calling to inquire about a house..." and she interrupted saying something I couldn't understand, so I repeated myself, and she finally says rudely, "This is me. What do you want? What can I do for you?" I already told her two previous times why I was calling. Her attitude was a major turn off. Made me feel like I was bothering her.  So unprofessional. At that point, I knew she was not someone I would want to give my business to, so I told her never mind and let her go so she could go back to her ivory tower. I wouldn't even give her one star, except I have to. I guess I give her the one star for answering her phone.
