> I have been to various temp services in a few different cities and the Office Team Bakersfield has been the absolute worse. As with many temp services, its hard to get ahold of the team members - but this branch has failed to contact me or get back with me at all. Even after showing up at the office in person and talking to the receptionist who assured me someone would contact me. Bakersfield is a wider region cover then the other office team branches ive worked with down south. DO NOT waste your time at this temp service - Bakersfield offers much more organized, caring and truly helpful temp services.

> Alright, I found this place because my mom works with them. So I took the testing and did everything fine. They found me two jobs. The first one was one week. It was fun and everything. The second one is a weekend job. 2 days a week and 14.30 hours. I don't think anyone can live off that. So as time went by I would call and ask if they had any job available. They would always so no. My mom ended up having to sign up with them also. My mom would get random calls from them saying they have a bunch of jobs for her. My mom went to every interview they gave her, came home and told me that it was an interview for a job that OfficeTeam should have gave me and not her. Another thing wrong with this plave is that they keep loosing my time sheet. I have to end up faxing it twice to the payroll office so they don't loose it. The payroll office is in Tennesse and I'm in California. It's not like I can drop it off. I think this temp agency is great at the start, but as soon as they find you a job, they forget about you and don't care.
