While traveling through Bakersfield with my family, we developed car trouble.  I needed to be to work the following day and I was in a real bind.  I was considering renting a car but the auto rental companies were either closed or did not have any rentals on this Saturday afternoon.  After discussing my situation with the guys at Performance Automotive #1, they offered to work late to help get us home.  They worked until 9:00pm and got us back on the road.  They worked 6 hours after their closing time to get us back on the road due to their closing time being 3:00 pm on Saturdays.   Their communication was great and they kept me updated on the progress of the work on my vehicle. After taking my vehicle to Performance Automotive I was told that all I needed was a starter!  Wow, the dealer failed to diagnose my vehicle correctly and charged me over $100.00I highly recommend Performance Automotive.
