Situations came up & phone calls would not be returned. Do not expect questions answered without another cash paying office visit. Because my phone calls were not returned I HAD TO find someone else with experience in hormonal wellness. Lucky for me I found a physician who is truly EXPERIENCED in this field...and even interprets my test reults for me. I felt like she really listened to me.  She is an expert in hormone replacement therapy, which has been a Godsend for me.  At only 42, no one else would even consider it, even though I had all the symptoms.  She has such a good bedside manner I felt very comfortable.
