> This company gets contracts here and there to scan and input (data entry) another business' paper documents. Eventually the work is done and the employees are out of work constantly. The sick part is you are NEVER laid off, therefore you cannot collect unemployment. If you are terminated you cannot collect unemployment under any circumstances, no matter how long you have been there. (NOTE: contrary to belief the collection of unemployment is not determined by EDD, it is determined by the employer)
