> The service once you get into the chair is what you would expect from a chain...mediocre at best.   It is getting into the chair that is the hard part in a timely manner.  Showing up without a call ahead leaves you with a 30+ wait.  They said to call in to get less wait.......so I did for late in the evening and called in and put my name in the list.  I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that they didn't have my exact spelling of my name in the computer so they corrected it.  I then sat for another 15 mins (45mins) from the time I called in.  Then two people who had missed their appointment by 15 mins walked in the door and I was told they had called in and I would be seen as soon as they were seen.   Nope!!!!! That would be another 15 or 20 mins (60/75 mins past my called in time). If you have nothing to so but wait for a subpar haircut then please visit this location.  Went to the location right down the road and tipped twice the amount I paid for the haircut.... This branch really messed up!!!!!!
