I've ordered items online twice from Home Depot within a year span. Each time the items were damaged. The blame was shifted to UPS but as I noticed, the items are not packaged with any care..no bubble wrap, padding or even a piece of paper to help prevent damage. The item is just floating in the damaged box. Apparently, Home Depot is aware of their shipping problem yet nothing has changed in a year. After my item was found damaged, the salesperson attempted to order the item again but it's out of stock and unknown when they will be back in stock. So don't waste your time with Home Depot online orders!","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-07-06"}]}
