Bring many copies of your receipt as the teenager who runs it will throw away your paperwork and ignore your request for pickup for at least an hour. Complain to the asst mgr , and you will get the ice cold treatment, and he will treat you as if YOU are the problem, and insult you by suggesting you to NOT use the pro desk. Outrageous. I can only imagine the hundreds of thousands in business lost, by HD and their customers, due this clueless and aggravating experience that is guaranteed to raise your blood pressure. I truly don’t understand blaming the customer, when the whole point about the Pro desk is to save time and stress. It does exactly the opposite and this lifelong house flipper and builder, is now taking his checkbook to the blue L sign store , where the lines are shorter, and the attitude is at least apologetic when a mistake is made.","rating":1,"date_published":"2014-14-06"}]}
