This doctor will actually take the time to listen to what you have to say, AND he'll have an actual conversation with you about it!  He has a great personality, very disarming, reassuring, and very smart.  He has a quick mind and will be ready with a plan to get you feeling better before you walk out that door.  Dr. Sam will explain what's going on, answer your questions, and have a plan on how you all are going to proceed.  He's a heart specialist, with  a heart.  If you have opportunity to get your treatment from Dr. Sam, without question, do it.
