> It took them one hour to do a simple return only because the manager was on lunch and no one else out of the whole superstore to help with a simple return authorization.  Very, very, very disappointed with this store.

> The store is dirty, especially the bathrooms and even some of the products you pick up off the shelf,  The phones don't get answered.  I was just on hold for 25 minutes, finally only getting to speak to electronics...three times!  I was trying to contact the Pharmacy.  Not Good!
