He was quick and precise.  He covered every detail.  He explained every detail and also gave us options, then printed them out for us to see.  This made things so easy.  Julio is so on his game.  We feel that we could search the country over, but would not find another Julio.  He is professional, friendly, and we feel he was perfect.  He deserves the highest praise for his profession.  Julio is the greatest.  Our escrow closed as scheduled, Sept. 13, 2013.  We couldn't be any happier. Then he had to make us leave after an hour when we are decided to close the deal to refinance, (he gave us 2hrs for our appointment but he had another appointment after an hour where he did not inform us ahead of time).  The guy didn't even manage to get somebody to help us out and wants us to come back for another appointment. He did not even care that I needed to cut down my time at work for the appointment.","rating":1,"date_published":"2013-22-02"}]}
