> Stayed 3 days with my kids and spouse on business trip. The customer service at the front desk was great but inside the hotel room was terrible! The carpets were black stained, the sink and toilet clogged liked crazy! I was so glad we had our sleeping bags handy because their blankets and sheets were disgusting, there were cigarette burns and stains all over them. I never felt like such a germ freak before. I couldn't wait to leave. This place is in serious need of a make over!
