It's a one man show and the owner, Rob, is very disorganized and not professional at all. He forgot to return my calls after receiving my parts to repair my fridge. Not only did he \"guess\" what was wrong with my fridge, he repaired what he thought was wrong, only to find out the same problem was accruing a few weeks after.
