> I see the improvements that are being made at Lamplighter!!  What an awesome job you guys!  I'm sure my story isn't atypical. ..but here goes...I  had been doing an apartment search for about a month or so in the Banning/Beaumont/Calimesa I.E. area when I came upon the Lamplighter apartments!  I was so surprised-so very very surprised! They are reasonably priced and very nice sized compared to the apartment that I seen on 4th Street in Banning OMG this apartment was a crackerjack box filled with cockroaches the dirt yard horrible you can see daylight from the doors there was absolutely no insulation at all...yet there was this bathroom that was awesome the shower was just wonderful but I don't know where it came from but the apartment itself was horrible HORRIBLE I TELL YA!! and they wanted $800 and some 3 times that to be able to move in and so I almost came to the reservation that I wasn't going to be able to find anything at all aside from a studio filled with a roach as a roommate... and then I found LAMPLIGHTER and I found Michael and Michelle and David man on man I have no words!!Except gratitude that my grandkids will now  have a home...and it's going to be great it is 2 bedrooms-two gorgeous bedrooms-a living room and a kitchen-a backyard and a community swimming pool.... neighbors that are nice...normal people!!! Shopping that's within walking distance!!RiteAide Pharmacy that's right around the corner and a restaurant it's right around the corner!  Plus you are within a mile from the hospital and the doctors office!!!AND GET THIS!!!! I didn't have to pay $800 for a crackerjack box filled with cockroaches!  No! absolutely not! We're getting a home...I tell you...a real home with normal people as its neighbors!! I'm really excited thank you Michael thank you Michelle thank you David and everyone else at LAMPLIGHTER APARTMENTS!!!! I can't wait to move in thank you thank you thank you
