> Not very impressive, and the customer service is not good... very poor follow through. I have requested my test results five times and can't get them. I asked for Dr. Lloyd to call me and he never did. Mailboxes are always full too, so you can't leave a message.

> I live in Beaumont and my doctor's office is in Banning. Dr. Lloyd's office offers great hours and service. I love Dr. Lloyd! He cares for his patients. His staff is welcoming and I do not have to wait long to see my doctor. I highly recommend his office.
