> H & B Mechanical shop employees are very rude and unreasonable. i will not be going back and i will not refer anyone to them in the future. This is what happened... First i went to them seeking an air conditioning piece that i normally would have to go to victorville for, and  left my name and number so they could contact me when it was done. I believe it was a Friday. The employee, owner, said it would be done by the end of the day or by Monday. As fast as it seemed, a week passed, from monday( when it was supposed to be done by at the latest). And i thought it was out of character that they wouldnt call me within a week... Which it actually was. I went through my call log on my phone and didnt have any missed calls; So i went through my voicemail and saw that they had called on wednesday letting me know it was done. So i called Them back on tuesday letting them know that i just found out that they called last week. The guy either didn't understand what i was saying or didnt care. I didn't owe them an apology followed by an honest uncontrollable error thats understandable under these circumstances. I tried to explain that i work full time at Fort Irwin. I live and own a ranch in Newberry Springs 30 miles from Barstow by the Cady Mountains and my house is built with cinder block. I get little to no signal often and had no signal at fort irwin for the past two weeks( i have sprint unlimited everything including data if ur wondering). So i didnt even get a missed call it went straight to voicemail. It's not like i wanted to order a custom piece for a side job and intentionally flaked, over a $16 piece that was already premaid in the back. If i knew it were to pan out like that i would have paid for it on the spot, but back to the subject.... I had my wife pick it up because i didn't get off work til later that night and the receptionist was nice but the owner was unprofessional and rude. And it wasnt even me who went; mit was my wife who was on an errand. I went to them once in the past and they were actually great that time, the metal worker in the back had a rude personality but he seemed manageable to get along with at the time.Anyway if you made it this far i hope it helps, The truth is usually a long story in itself a majority of the time!
