> the rumors are true!  purdy's is stealing our home grown meat.  we sent them a grass and grain fed steer to be processed and they tried to pass off a fatty cow back. they didn't count on us taking photos of the steer being quartered.  our steer was not fatty, he was lightly marbled. when we made a surprise visit to the store they showed my husband a rear quarter...it wasn't ours.  we have the tail in our freezer at home and this quarter was fatty and had the tail.  oops!
