Mr. Hernandez looked at all the available plans and found something for us that gave us the coverage we wanted at a much better price than what we were paying.  But the reason I came back to their website to write this review is that they have been far better than I expected in terms of customer service -- returning calls and emails, answering questions, and getting us whatever information or supplies we needed.
