My brother lived in Los Angeles, CA. where he passed away. We employed Cremation Society of Los Angeles to cremate him so that his remains could be sent home. After payment, I received remains maybe a week an a half later. The remains were not those of my brother, but of a female. It was a horrible, horrible, mix up and there are no words to express how upsetting this was for me. When I called and told them, they denied liability and stated that the Post Office mixed up the labels somehow.  This emotionally drained me and I would hate to have this happen to someone else.","rating":1,"date_published":"2016-01-09"}]}
