> I live in Texas. My brother lived in Los Angeles, CA. where he passed away. We employed Cremation Society of Los Angeles to cremate him so that his remains could be sent home. After payment, I received remains maybe a week an a half later. The remains were not those of my brother, but of a female. It was a horrible, horrible, mix up and there are no words to express how upsetting this was for me. When I called and told them, they denied liability and stated that the Post Office mixed up the labels somehow.  This emotionally drained me and I would hate to have this happen to someone else.
