> A friend of mine had her car towed here after getting into a minor accident and was all smiles to see that her car was like-new when E&A was done with it.  She knew I've been wanting to get my car repainted from a job I was not happy with elsewhere, so she recommended that I go call Eddie, the owner of E&A, and said that he'll take care of me. She insisted that i just give them a call.  After waiting a few weeks, I finally made the call to E&A and just from our initial conversation on the phone, I felt so comfortable.  He didn't make me feel like I was being "sold", and he wasn't being persistent (which I hate with businesses) as far as me taking my car to him. So I end up taking my car here and when I met the owners, I felt like I was at home.  They offered me some soda & water, they conversed with me about things other than trying to get me to give them my car... I was sold!! hahaha Eddie gave me an estimate and I was on my way.  I returned a few days later to drop my car off and not only did they work with my financial situation, they made sure I had an alternate vehicle to drive by referring me to inexpensive car rental places.  My car was complete in a few days and when I went to pick it up, I was impressed by the outcome! My car looked like a brand new shiny car... no more dings, dents or a bad paint job!! I totally recommend this mom & pop shop- completely family oriented and honest! Thank you sooo much, Eddie (and thank you Mercedes for your hospitality!)

> I can attest that their customer service and business is real down to earth family business.Eddie the owner reassured me ,that any issues that i have not to worry from car rental, and finish the job on time and, once i pick-up my vehicle the finished product was that the vehicle was emaculate inside-out, as if i had just purchase a new vehicle from a dealership. Thank You EDDIE!
