I had an appointment that I set by phone for between 2 and 3.  The guy shows up at my house at 1:30 calls and tells me that I missed my appointment.  Called the office, talked to a woman that says shes the owner.  I told her I took the day off for this was a few minutes from home and would be there at 2 for my appointment.  She then says well he has other appointments.  My appointment was between 2 and 3, but doesn't matter.  She told me \"WHAT EVER\".  I wouldn't reccomend doing business..It was a nightmare to get the appointment then they screw it up and its my fault.  They don't want to help busy people or people with jobs.. good luck capital glass.. I'm betting with the service you provide, you will be out of business in a short period of time.","rating":1,"date_published":"2011-18-11"},{"author_name":"mickeymac511","review_text":"What a great glass shop, Jim the ower came out and explanied everything to detail.
