> I suggest you never take anything you own to be worked on by Jeff the owner or his uncertified mechanics he has working for him! They are all highly unprofessional and don't have a clue as to what they are doing. That must be why they don't warranty their work. He charges way to much for sloppy, lazy labor just to have your watercraft break down a short time later. He is a pain to deal with and thinks he knows everything when he clearly doesn't! Please check out all of the terrible Yelp reviews! He must have paid people to write these reviews on this website. There is even a picture on Yelp of them drinking alcohol at the shop! I mean if they doesn't scream unprofessional I don't know what does!

> As a female Jetski rider, I have always had problems not getting ripped off when I needed service for my Sea-Doos. After taking my Sea-Doos to a place in Antioch, and having them :"repaired" I went out for a ride with my friend, and one broke down almost immediately, and the other was not running well at all. I took them back there, and they said they would check them out again, but would have to charge me. I asked around, and a friend of mine said that Delta Watercraft was a better option for service, so I took my Sea-Doos out there. I was impressed by the owners knowledge of my machines. I told him what was wrong, and he asked if I had time to stay and watch. He removed my carburators within minutes, and showed me the problem. They had supposedly been rebuild at the other place, but it was obvious even to me that none of the parts they had charged me for were new. Jeff took the time to repair my units and get me back on the water later the same day. Highly recommended.

> I would highly recommend Jeff and his crew out at Delta Watercaft, they are by far the most honest Sea-Doo repair shop, and also have low prices compared to anyone else in the Bay Area. I make sure all my friends and family go there, some of them used to go to another place, but were being ripped off with super high prices and unnecessary work.

> I have owned Sea-Doo jetskis for over 10 years, I have had over 5 sets, usually upgrading every 2-4 years or so. I had always gone to the local dealer, and was not very happy with the service or turn around time. After they closed, I decided to try Delta Watercraft, a friend of mine had always gone there. I cannot say how happy I am with the quick service, and the price was amost 30% lower than what I had paid before. Those guys knew exactly what had gone wrong with my supercharged Sea-Doo, and had it fixed by the end of the week. I would highly recommend the guys at Delta for any and all repair for Sea-Doos, they are the only shop I have been to that does not try to rip you off and gets the work done quicly

> I brought in a used Sea-Doo that I had purchased, and the owner took the time to check it out and tell me why it would not start while I was there. I went for a bite, and when I came back, these guys had it done.

> I had a probelm with one of my Sea-Doos, and took it to this shop. The owner took the time to come out and take a look at it, and repaired it on the spot since it was only a bad solenoid. I was expecting to have to leave it, and get charged for a lot more, but this guy is not only honest, but really knows his stuff. It took him seconds to diagnose my probelm, and about 15 minutes to install the new part and repair some coroded wiring. I will not ever be returning to the last place I went.

> I have ownes a lot of PWC over the years, and usually had them repaires at the delaership. After blowing an engine in my Yamaha XLT 1200, The dealer price was $380.00. I was considering scrapping the unit, but a friend had told me about Delta Watercraft. I wish I had gone earlier, I was very happy when the owner actually took the time to explain to me why the engine had blow, and how after we repaired it to keep it from happening again. My repairs were over $1000.00 less that the dealer had quoted me. The guys at the shop told me why this unit fails often, ( the catalytic converter) and how to prevent it from costing me $ next time. I will not be returning to my local dealer for a long time unless I decide to buy a new craft, all my work will be done out ot Delta.
