My nose looked awful and I could not breathe. I couldn't even take pictures because I hated the way my nose looked. I saw Dr. Diamond for a consultation and he told me that it would be a very complex surgery.  I finally got the nerve up to do the surgery.  Dr. Diamond needed to rebuild my nose with cardilage from my rib and muscle from my forehead.  The surgery took 6 hours.  I am soooo happy with the results this far.
