I have two properties and both are managed well, occupied and each unit is renting for more than what I thought I could receive. The representatives provided marketing information to show me what price they felt it would rent for and offered suggestions on what would make my properties more appealing. I took their advance and I was able to get more in rent and have nicer looking apartments. Also, I get detailed monthly statements and weekly emails on what's happening with my properties.
