I hated going to the dentist.  For that reason I hadn't been to the dentist in a very long time! When I came in they were very friendly and made me feel welcome.  I had a few \"issues\" in my mouth and scheduled them to be taken care of at a later date.  When I came back the doctor was very comforting and of course no one likes shots, but it wasn't as bad as it has been in the past.  I really enjoyed this office and I will continue my care and recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists.","rating":5,"date_published":"2009-10-02"},{"author_name":"gunslinger13x","review_text":"It seems that Delta Bay Dental was more interested in billing out more work than my personal well being - After my initial visit I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and a couple of fillings - I made two appointments for the deep cleaning but put off the fillings till I would get my Dental coverage from my current employer - I went to the 1st appt, expecting to be there for only an hour - next thing I know they were putting in two fillings - There was NO warning or ANY indication that they were going to be doing this - I ended up being there for 3 hours - My Family had no idea where I was and couldn't get a hold me - to add insult to injury, I was asked to pay the difference that my wife's dental plan would not pay FOR FILLINGS THAT I DIDN\"T EVEN WANT!!!! AGRRRRRGGGHHHHHH!!!! I also ended up having a fat lip for two days. All I ask is that they keep me informed - Had I been told that the wanted to do fillings, I would have said NO","rating":1,"date_published":"2008-18-11"}]}
