> We had a water leak at our rental in Discovery Bay and Eric was there the day he was called to give an estimate on the damage from the water leak.The leak had gone on under the house for a while and could not be scene, once leak was fixed Eric's people found some mold and had to get Remediation people to clean up the mold and enclose the area to dry out.The work took a while to complete as they had to take out sheetrock, insulation, etc. under the sink to get rid of the mold and dry out the dampened flooring & wood.  The job invoice was exactly what Eric bid and he worked with my insurance company to get the job covered under my insurance.  I would give Steadfast 5 stars and use them again in the future if needed.  Thanks Eric and crew, Have Fun, Mark J
