Since it was a Sunday the answering machine referred me to T and C roofing emergency number. A technician answered right away and said he will be over in an hour to check my leaking roof. He climbed up the roof and told me that the \"hips\" tiles had sled down. He then said that he pushed the tiles back into place but will need to have them reglued in place. He then left. I received a bill for $350.00 four days later for the emergency call and labor to push the tiles. I called the office and told them that the tech never disclosed how much the call would be nor labor for pushing tiles. If I had known initially how much it was going to cost just to show up I would have called others for their prices. This practice of not informing customers is very disceiving. The first stood me up, and the second never called me back. I talked to T&C, they had a very quick response, as well as a very reasonable price.
