> Do not go there. We took our computer in to fix a broken screen. It took a while for us to get it back and within a few days of bringing it home, the screen went dark. It had never done that before and that wasnt what we took it in for. So we took it back, and they wanted to charge us more money to fix it again stating that it was an entirely different problem unrelated to the first problem. Mind you this was a brand new Toshiba laptop which my son had broke the screen by picking it up from the screen and squeezed it too hard. Well we realized it still had a manufacturers warranty and we took it to best buy to see what they said. Best buy told us that it looked like someone had opened it up and did some patch work on it. Apparently they fixed the LCD cable with some tape and had broken the right hinge. Well when we called the only person who had ever worked on it to tell them what the Geek Squad said, they denied even working on that part of the computer and gave us attitude, they even hung up on us. We called back and told them how unprofessional it was to hang up on us they said it was an accident. Well they continued with the attitude and brushed off our threats of small claims court. He said "I dont care who you call, you could call the President if you want!" Well I wont call the President but I am calling small claims court and the better business bureau just as soon as Im done writing this review. Thanks for your great customer service IMRAM at Delta Computers in Buena Park, CA!!!

> Great service and the best prices.After having bad experience with big chain store I took my Computer to DELTA Computers. They provided me a great service, did my work in same day and charged me less than half price than the big chain store. I was very happy with their service and price. I bought a brand new Keyboard In very low price just $6 and a set of speakers only in $8.They know what they Are doing.They have A+, Microsoft and CISCO certified technicians. Guess what they will not charge you a dime for estimate if you want to know how much it cost to repair or upgrade your computer or laptop. Good Job! God bless you.Bill JohnsonBuena Park
