Who’s “they”? I asked. “Central UPS.” Well, I told her, I spoke with them (Chat), and they said to call you if I wanted a refund. And now you’re telling me you need to call them. “Look, you signed off on it,” she kept accusing me. “Yes, and I take responsibility for that, but you still have to deliver it! And it should have gone out yesterday (Tue), even granting the address correction! And now that it’s not out, my samples are ruined.” I said that I would contest the charge with my credit card, so it would be like a refund anyway, and I would write reviews like this and post them everywhere I could. So it wouldn’t be worth the $11 they save in not granting me a refund.\tBottom line is, they don’t want to issue me a refund. This is baffling to me. I pay them to deliver my package, and they don’t deliver it, and they don’t think they can offer me a refund?! Like, do you go to an auto dealership, purchase a car, hand over the money, and then they don’t give you the car? And don’t give you your money back? Seriously?! At the end of the day, Debra called me back and kindly confirmed that I will not be getting any refund. She also confirmed that they lost the package.\tBottom line: DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE. In fact, do not even use UPS.
