The old geezer taking tickets Christmas Day took my actual ticket so when i went to get a receipt for the horribly oversold Sherlock Holmes show the manager James lied to me saying where is the ticket. I gave him what i had, he said the a*hole took the thing i was just trying to hand him. Liar. he could have looked in the camera to see i didn't put my hands in my pockets the whole time. Buying tickets online to this theatre is a scam and they will lie to you if you try to get a refund. AMC Burbank- buy a ticket and leave the theater ten minutes later without a refund. The free line has been known to wrap around the building twice! (literally)Overall it's a nice AMC and it's located in a good location surrounded by some good restaurants.
