> Arc & USA Appliance came to my house to fix my dishwasher.  They said they had to order parts, and took my credit card number for a $50 deposit.  They charged my credit card $175, did not fix the dishwasher, and never came back.  They claim the work is complete.  I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and will file complaints with every regulatory body I can think of.  They are thieves.
