> I came to this location to get a Christmas design gift card, I asked to speak to the manager after I walked into the customer service. David Pina, came and I explained that I'd like to change my gift card to a card with Christmas design. He said that we cannot do that, he grabbed the phone and started talking to someone. I approached him by the entrance to ask him a question and this is what he tells me. "sir I just talked to the police and I cannot talk to you" I said excuse me? He said "Yes, I cannot talk to you any further and I have to leave. If I were you I would get out of here."I, being totally shocked, came back in my car and I'm writing this review for everybody and hopefully someone from the corporate to see and know how rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional David Pina (Store Service Manager) was. I am also going to contact the corporate office, they need to hire professionals and train them how to treat customers.Now I see why this location has such low reviews on Yelp and Google. Obviously the corporate doesn't care, hasn't taken any actions and sadly it seems like customers are nothing but a number to BestBuy.I am not going to give my business to Best Buy after tonight.

I looked at amazon and walmart and then went in to this best buy in burbank and I came across the supervisor of the television department and he showed me a better deal than what I was shopping he showed me everything I needed and even gave me his business card with his phone number if in case I had any issues, I had the best experience and would highly recommend this best buy in burbank.
