David Pina, came and I explained that I'd like to change my gift card to a card with Christmas design. He said that we cannot do that, he grabbed the phone and started talking to someone. I approached him by the entrance to ask him a question and this is what he tells me. "sir I just talked to the police and I cannot talk to you" I said excuse me? He said "Yes, I cannot talk to you any further and I have to leave. If I were you I would get out of here."I, being totally shocked, came back in my car and I'm writing this review for everybody and hopefully someone from the corporate to see and know how rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional David Pina (Store Service Manager) was. I am also going to contact the corporate office, they need to hire professionals and train them how to treat customers.Now I see why this location has such low reviews on Yelp and Google.
