I was told they would look in the lost and found. So I waited and approximately 30 minutes later I was told they did not find anything in any of the cars. I said the car is rented out already to another customer. Unfortunately, the business location has moved.  The new location is on the Burbank airport property & no longer offers a shuttle service. Called them and they didn't help.  Seems they used my information for someone else and didn't verify it.  Never even apologize for their mistake.
