> I left an item in the vehicle and went the next morning after returning the vehicle to see if they found the item. I was told they would look in the lost and found. So I waited and approximately 30 minutes later I was told they did not find anything in any of the cars. I said the car is rented out already to another customer. Then I was told a manager would have to look in the lost and found. so basicly they do not care about your lost items just your money to rent a car.

> I really enjoy working with the people at Enterprise Rent-a-Car.  Unfortunately, the business location has moved.  The new location is on the Burbank airport property & no longer offers a shuttle service.  The walk from the gate is very long & not easy for older people with suitcases.

> mistaken identity....I've never been there, never rented a car there, but somehow I got an email stating that I rented a car for 4 days.  Called them and they didn't help.  Seems they used my information for someone else and didn't verify it.  Never even apologize for their mistake.   Would give -5 stars but that's not an option.

> My experience with Enterprise Burbank was extra-ordinary. All staff and personnel were very helpful and very friendly. Check out was fast and efficient. The excellent customer service was exemplary. Reasonable rates and cars were always in good condition and of course.........very clean. Thank you guys!! Highly recommended.
