Called twice, received an answering machine twice, received a return call.  Zero.  That was prior to reading the reviews.  I can only add my observation to those. Received a gift spoke with the person that sold the gift (the owner of the store) because I wanted to exchange for a more expensive unit. The unit was a R/C Plane. R/C Plane was purchased within 2 days and Owner of the store said no way. Any business should have some sort of exchange policy for new unopened products. I am sure you agree.
