> My daughter needed her first pair of glasses.  They were patient and kind. They didn't get pushy about having her make a decision about her frames. They do try to upsell on their lenses (ant-glare coatings, etc) but it felt more like an offer than a pushy sales technique.  They staff was also super sweet when it came time to fit the glasses to her. Plus the glasses were ready in just over an hour!
