> Definitely not the place to pull in and grab coffee quickly because it's a very busy area with limited close proximity parking. But their service and coffee is worth it.

> I love Coffee Bean's iced mocha lattes. I wish there were more Coffee Bean locations because I actually like their coffee better than Starbucks but it's just not always convenient to go to this location. It can be hard to find parking especially on the weekends. The staff is always friendly and the manager, Ward, is so nice. Always clean and they are in top of orders.

> This location is always very friendly and attentive, no matter how busy it is. They also make my favorite iced tea in town! I love that they will turn any of their delicious variety of teas into a refreshing iced tea when requested. The Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl Green Tea is just as delicious iced! The Jasmine comes through and it isn't bitter so there's no need to sweeten it. So refreshing!
