> I am informing every one how horrible this place in Burbank is, the old lady is selling the business to another old lady, they are rude, careless, ignorance and they don’t care about accuracy of documents at all, don’t waste your money and time.

> This place and thier long beach location are the same the owner works both locations, she makes promises she does not live up to. Her fees are crazy! And she will try to use her charm and talk really fast to take your money. I paid for a service that was free at the court house, but she never told me she just works off your emotion and takes advantage of it. Consumers beware big time!!
