> They say they are 24 hours but sometimes take awhile to get back to you. Some employees such as nurse Pamela take personal phone calls during wound care treatment and had her camera on her phone active and on the phone to her husband while treating  my 91 yo exposed grandmother. Administrator Rebecca makes excuses about this behavior and wants to transfer responsibility to their patient/Client.
