> It has been a while, but I went to their store like 15-20 minutes after they closed, I am not sure if it was an employee, manager, or the owner, but regardless, they un-locked the door for me, game me the battery I needed (old 1995 professional camera takes only certain types of batteries) took their time with a smile in the face! Any place else they just tell you we are closed just get out. They have another store in Ventura, same, they like to help.
