I have spend over $2,000 in the last few months, but for the last month the service has not been good. The Vet was supposed to have called last month to verify that our dogs were doing well after a bout with diarrhea, he didn't, later the medical records showed that his office staff had called & Spoke w/ my wife at home. The problem is that they do not have my home number, my wife does not speak English & did not speak with anyone about our dogs. This last week my dogs had diarrhea again, I called Dr. Edwards several times & his staff was not very friendly, the young lady told me to call the other office, I asked for the number & she hung-up on me. I called her again & she gave me the wrong number, I called again & the wrong number was given to me again, on the 3rd try, she got it. The other office was better, but the Vet was not available & he has not called me to date.
