> Moved to the area 14 years ago.  First dentist I saw was in Oxnard.  Every time I went in, he wanted to take x-rays, fix things that were okay, and caused an infection.  When I saw his expensive sports car sitting in the parking lot and heard where he lived, I realized that he was not interested in my teeth but rather, his bank account, and I left.  My husband stayed a bit longer until the guy wanted to do something that he said was important.  I had my husband go to my new dentist for an exam and he said he didn't need the procedure.  We now go to Matt, who is honest and cares about our teeth.  A partial cavity fell out and the other guy wanted to pull the remainder and do bridgework.  Matt said he could file it down a bit, did so, and it's been a few years with no trouble.  We both highly recommend Matt.  Lydia & Marty Kaplan
